Office cleaning on contract
A clean office every morning, without anyone in the building having to think about it.
A clean office is most noticeable when it is not clean. We take on the whole thing: a set frequency, an agreed task list and the same people each time, so the quality is the same week after week.
We usually work outside office hours, early morning or evening, and you get one dedicated contact person – not a switchboard.

What does an office cleaning contract cost?
You get a fixed monthly price based on area, frequency and task list. The agreement can be cancelled with one month’s notice – we do not tie anyone into long contracts.

Questions about office cleaning
Can you clean outside working hours?
Yes, that is the most common arrangement. We agree access by key or access card and lock up properly afterwards.
Is it the same people every time?
Yes, as far as possible. A fixed team gives more consistent quality, and they know your premises and routines.
How long is the commitment?
One month’s notice either way. We think the agreement should last because the work is good, not because the contract is long.
